“Guides Juan Carlos and Diego did an excellent job. However, the bus ride was not comfortable. Use a smaller group tour if you want to experience the full impact of visiting these cities... Not worth the price as it was stop and go w/minimal time to truly experience the authenticity of each location unless you simply want to say you visited. Again, full day in each city, on your own would be better and may cost less. Overall, not bad. Recommending only if you want a brief overview.”

“Expected to be a bit rush for a trip to two locations but the tour was great in general. You just have to act quick (to toilets and taking photos) for avoiding causing delay to the whole group of about 60 visitors. Miguel, the local guide at Segovia was marvellous. He shared a lot of interesting stories of the buildings and locals. The views in Toledo and Segovia were breathtaking. We don’t understand too much Spanish but did enjoy the small jokes by our tour guide Alberto. Great trip overall.”

“Toledo is a must see! The tour guide Laura was amazing. However as booked on the Viator site you can select hotel pickup and indicates after the tour you return to the same pickup location. Viator reservation process was seamless, however the day before the tour we received a email message changing the pickup location, walking a few blocks to the Neptune station. Not a big deal, however while traveling to Toledo we were advised that we would return and be dropped off near the Royal Palace of Madrid. A kilometer away from the pickup spot and not the original hotel address confirmed on the Viator booking. Several others on…”
