He shared loads of information throughout the tour, explaining the history and cultural significance of each place in a really clear and engaging way. There was also plenty of free time in each city to explore at our own pace, take photos, and soak in the atmosphere without feeling rushed. “The tour was amazing- Toledo, Segovia, and Avila are much nicer and more interesting than Madrid and Barcelona. Don’t miss visiting these 3 cities if you in Madrid! Kostas was a VERY knowledgeable tour guide and did an outstanding explaining everything and keeping the group informed and on schedule. Toledo was very historic and beautiful. Segovia was snow covered and the tour of the cathedral and fort were incredible. You have to see the medieval walls of Avila in person as photos alone can’t convey the scale!”

“Our guide Patricia was great, hardest working your guide on the ground. As a day trip from Madrid it was super efficient and pleasurable. This was the first tour we’ve done. This would be my recommendation: Skip the meal and tour of cathedral in Segovia- to have more time exploring the city. We enjoyed the experience of the meal, but it took all of our time. Do the walk along the city wall in Avila, I was traveling in low tourist time and could have just purchased entrance ticket separately at time of tour.
