“Lo que podría mejorar abismalmente es el tiempo de permanencia en el Santuario de Fátima. A penas dos horas en el Santuario es demasiado poco; no alcanza para nada ese tiempo. Me he sentido engañada con el tiempo de estancia en Fátima. Cuando vi el viaje, por lo que decían; la estancia en Fátima era todo el día. Pero que solo nos hayan dado dos horas es ridículo. Ese detalle hace que esté tours que tienen baje de puntuación a regular casi malo”

“Unfortunately negative experience. When we got to Granada, we were informed that we could not enter to see the Alhambra because there were no tickets for us. Which tickets should have been purchased and reserved for us weeks in advance since we had prepaid for the trip”

“The guides were very informative and helpful. Only glitch initially is that I was coming from Madrid to Cordoba to meet the tour. The rest of the group was coming from Seville. I got dropped at the location in Cordoba with my suitcase and no one came to meet me. The tour had started and they did not know about me…after lots of texting and calling I got onto the guide….who was very apologetic regarding the confusion and caught me up on the tour privately and got a colleague to assist with my suitcase.”
